By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application or website (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this combined Terms of Service (“Terms”) and End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:

Apple is not responsible for the app’s maintenance or support.
In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, JobDoc (not Apple) will handle the claim.
